Confirmation Of Payment
What Do I Need To Do Next?
All participants now need to complete a waiver form, which we require for insurance purposes. You will shortly receive a confirmation email from us where you will find the waiver link, please allow upto 24hrs to receive this email. Participants will not be permitted to take part on the activities without us receiving a waiver.
Please note: If you have only booked Footgolf and not any other activity we do not require waivers signing, all other activities require a waiver to be signed.
Waiver Instructions:
Open your booking confirmation email and click on waiver link.
Please note; We run off a karting booking system for all of our activities, so please ignore the public profile section if not karting, as this is simply used to record karting race times.
To fill out the waiver click ‘NEXT’. This will take you to the waiver section.

Refund Policy
Booking places can be amended up to 14 days prior to the activity day, after which the full balance will be required for cancellation of delegates that do not attend.
Ahead of your activity day please find below some useful information for all participants.
What to wear: All of our activities are outside so please dress for the weather. We recommend comfy activewear clothing, of which short sleeved tops and shorts are fine. Trainers are preferred or comfy closed toe footwear. If taking part in one of the wet/muddy activities we recommend participants bring a change of clothes and towel. Regrettably we don’t offer shower facilities on site.
What to bring: Water bottle for hydration. Water bottles can be taken on all non-motorised activities. You may also wish to bring suncream and hayfever medication, if required.
